Current Price and Quantity Level Pricing- The current price on an item is listed in the L-1 (Level 1) Current field. Set Quantity price breaks in Levels L-2 through L-4 by entering the appropriate quantity and the corresponding discounted price in the Current column.

Future Price and Quantity Level Pricing- Set Future prices on the item by entering the new price in the Future column. Quantity price breaks can be set in Levels L-2 through L-4. Select the Effective date from the drop down menu below the Future column. The Update Item Prices service will transfer these prices into the Current column on the Effective Date.

Old Price and Level Pricing- The Old Price column will display the previous Current and Level pricing when Future Pricing becomes the current price,.

Eff Dates- Date range of when the Old Price was effective.

Suggested Retail Price- The Suggested Retail Price for the item which is updated manually or by import.

Minimum Price- The lowest price available for the item. The price cannot be changed to lower than this minimum price during order entry.

Minimum Extended Price- Primarily used for Non-Inventory items as a way to set a minimum extended price for the item. For example, set a L1 Current price of $10 an acre on fertilizer spreading services then set the minimum extended price at $100, the minimum price for any order would be $100.

Cash Disc Amount- A cash discount amount offered when item purchased and settled with cash. The Cash Disc. Savings check box in Order Entry must be selected.

Cash Disc Pct- A cash discount percentage offered when item purchased and settled with cash. The Cash Disc. Savings check box in Order Entry must be selected.

Additional item discounts can be granted to AR customers for paying in a certain number of days by setting the A.R. discount amount or percentage on the Item and modifying applicable customers.

In the A/R Discount Amount field, enter the amount of discount offere.

A/R Discount Percent can be a discount amount of up to 5% offered when the item purchase is settled to Accounts Receivable and the invoice is paid in full by the stated AR Discount day.

In Customer detail. select the Credit tab and enter the Number of Days Until Due. This field indicates that if the AR invoice is paid within the number of days the AR Discount Amount or AR Discount Percent will be granted.

Sale and Promo Pricing- If an item is on sale or included in a promotion, the Site, From and To sale dates and Promo Price are indicated.

TFC A,B,C Pricing -. Updated prices will download each night as part of the Download Vanguard Cost/Retail/Hazard SRV job. Items A,B, C pricing will update if TFC is the primary vendor, the correct TFC vendor item ID is entered, and the Stocking UOM in Merchant matches the Retail UOM in Vanguard. Item prices are updated when the Calculate Item Prices function is run.

Auto Price- If selected, this indicates the item will use one of the three suggested TFC A,B,C, retail prices.

Price Level- Indicate Price Level A, B or C. The Auto Price check box and Price level must be selected.

Amalgamated Weighted Average Cost- A combined Weighted Average Cost for the item reflecting the Weighted Average Cost and On Hand Quantity for all sites. The Amalgamated Weighted Average cost is used to determine inventory valuation by multiplying A.W.A.C. by Total On Hand Quantity. Learn how to calculate Amalgamated Weighted Average Cost here.
